The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

  • Accuracy of GPS coordinates or location data
  • Availability of GPS signals in all locations
  • Compatibility with all Android devices
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CameraGPS Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

8. Subscription and Payments

If you purchase premium features:

  • Payments are processed through Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play Store policies
  • Premium features are tied to your Google account

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
